The recently renovated 5-stars Hotel,  Holiday Inn where the Tournament will be held has the following room rates:

The above special rates include buffet breakfast, high speed internet access and the legal charges (VAT & Transient Tax).

* The above rates do not include the Climate Resilience Fee:

€ 4,00/ per room/ per night during the months of February

€ 10,00/ per room/ per night in the months from March onwards

In case of increase or decrease of the legal charges (VAT and / or Visitor's Tax and / or other tax) there will be a corresponding increase/reduction of the prices.

Please note that the triple room is a double room with the addition of an extra bed.

Room reservations will be made directly by the interested parties and will be confirmed for the specific period based on availability. Interested parties should inform that they will be participating in the Vardaris Chess Tournament so that they can be given the Special Rates.

A deposit of 35% of the total amount of the room reservation is required to make a reservation. Payment will be made by each participant individually directly to the hotel upon arrival.

The Reservations Department will send each participant a confirmation of the reservation by fax or e-mail.
